Pengo can schedule, pay, and manage your cleaning staff. Pengo informs your cleaners about all bookings and booking details, tracks any booking changes, and monitors cleaning status and progress.
Did your guest ask for an eary check-in? Pengo can message your guests as soon as your listing is clean and ready for them. Pengo is trained on your listing info and can reply to your guests messages. If Pengo doesn't know the answer, it will forward the question to your management team.
Pengo is your digital assistant; available to help your guests everyday, at any hour of the day. Your guests are helped quickly and accurately, and you get to spend more of your time on all those other things you never used to have time to do.
